It’s so great to meet you! My name is Hannah and I’m a certified health and wellness coach with the Health Coaches Australia and New Zealand Association (HCAZA) and the International Institute for Complementary Therapies (IICT), and Level 3 Health and Wellness coach with Wellness Coaching Australia. I’ve also been a veterinarian, international trade negotiator and strength coach for professional athletes!

I have always been a student before a coach, and have been lucky to learn from some of the best. I have taken these lessons, and many hard earned through my own experience, and invested in my own health and wellbeing on this bumpy journey called life. I know the slow road back to activity after a major injury (knee reconstruction after a dance floor mishap in Italy…), and have learned the important skill of self-advocacy after being diagnosed with Stage IV endometriosis (a few decades late as if often the case!)

Taking agency of my own health and wellness has changed my life so positively, and I’m here to support you with the tools and accountability to do the same. Are you ready to build your best life? I’m excited to join your health and wellbeing team.

Why we’re called

Scaffolds are used to support the builders, makers and repairers. They allow folks the ability to reach higher with more support. Once construction is finished in one area, scaffolding can be removed completely or set up in another area. Scaffolds are flexible, re-applicable and bespoke.

I named the business SCAFFOLD as it best represents what I do as a coach. I create a framework and structure to support you to build the life you want.
