Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer coaching in person, face-to-face?

No. At this time all coaching is done virtually, one-on-one through video calls.

What are the benefits of coaching over making the changes on my own?

<benefits of coaching>.

When is the best time to start coaching?

It’s always a great time to start making positive changes to your health and wellbeing, and our coaching programs are here to support you once you are ready.

Our strong recommendation is that you see your doctor/GP before commencing coaching to ensure your general health is assessed by a medical professional. Coaching is not a substitute to the very important relationship between you and your doctor, and we encourage you to let your doctor know you are undertaking health and wellbeing coaching and keep them updated on your progress.

How do you store personal information about me?

I’ve never used a video call software. How can I learn more?

The software Zoom offers a beginners guide for how to join a meeting here: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0060732. I will organise and provide all of the details for the coaching calls through my Zoom subscription.

Do you provide health or medical advice?

No. We defer completely to the licensed medical professionals within your health and wellbeing team when it comes to their medical expertise and advice. Coaching is not prescriptive and does not tell you what to do. Instead, it supports you to craft a vision for your optimal health and wellbeing state and identify the goals that move you closer towards this. It also allows you more time, support, and accountability on this journey as you change behaviour patterns, form new habits and ways of being.

How much does each session cost?
